Oops, It was not fixed yet.  This problem is not the version matching  for
 uscan --download-version <version>

Wmmmm. this is deep problem.  filenamemangle can create nice file name
for tar.gz but version for orig.tar.gz is not fixed ...

This is something I need to think again before merging to the main
branch.  I will think againg later ...
