I do not think our discussion from #15 to #17 makes much sense to change
my thought ...

But I have looked into your comment "The format is already quite rich
anyway." :-)  Very true.  So we should be careful expanding further to
avoid more complication.

It is true if manglerule and watch line can have few styring substitutions.

One is package name taken from "dpkg-parsechangelog -SSource".

The other is timestamp of remote file for some odd unversioned package
on unversioned file URL path.

Some clean generic syntax needs to be proposed with patch.
