Hi Ondrej! I'm afraid this is not going to be possible: you need to build-
depend on pkg-kde-tools in order to be able to use the scripts. You really 
don't want to build depend on devscripts for that :)

There is some parts of pkg-kde-tools that could probably serve better in dpkg, 
see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=533916

And with respect to the naming: the only KDE thing in the scripts are due to 
the fact that we maintain them. I see no problems in build depending on pkg-
kde-tools for that.
