Bug#458777: uscan: Please support mangling the orig tarball version

As I read this BTS report: https://bugs.debian.org/458777

I wonder we need yet another feature now.

>From patch file, objective is:
# Mangle the orig version in case it's different from upstream version
# For example, convert 1-1-1 to 1.1.1

If (\d+)-(\d+)-(\d+) is used as matching pattern, then from the upstream
version of 1-1-1, we get the orig version 1.1.1 as I understand now.

Do we need to mangle version again from 1.1.1 ?
