Bug#820798: devscripts: [licensecheck] please add support for MAME's license/copyright info

Hi devscript maintainers,

I'm trying to update the packaging of MAME, which is now GPL.

The only missing bit is updating debian/copyright, but it is a daunting
task in this source package. Being able to have licensecheck aid with it
would be really beneficial.

Right now, licensecheck does not recognise any of the usual files, all of
which start with the following headers:

Would it be possible to add support for something like this?
