Download upstream sources (which used to be the primary purpose of
uscan). More specifically, I'm using uscan in get-orig-source target of
src:openinbrowser, where I have custom repacking code.

Right, that's not a very intuitive name... Also, I was grepping for
"repack", not for "mk-origtargz", as the latter is mostly an
implementation detail.
