Dear Maintainer,

while preparing a QA upload for a native package that previously got
NMU'd, I noticed the --qa switch does not result in an expected
version number increment.

Example: Use:

example-package (2016.11.27+nmu1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload

Expected version line:
