Hi,

I have an upstream that ships .sig and not .asc files for the
detached signatures.  It seems dpkg-buildpackage only picks up
.asc files and not .sig files to include in the .dsc file.

Can you convert the .sig to an .asc file? Using gpg --enarmor
seems to work, but then you have an "BEGIN PGP ARMORED FILE"
instead of "BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE" file.  But --verify seems to be
happy with that anyway.

And so you you also make sure that it's them symlinked with the
correct filename so that dpkg-buildpackage picks it up?
