commit e8bbbf460376cd741c22bef07e4e7b015cb11c6e
Author: Osamu Aoki <osamu at debian.org>

uscan: Always use uscan_die and uscan_warn
There were few bare use of "warn" in uscan.
This causes UDD to miss few error cases.
