Bug#610048: option --dry-run for debsnap

Hi Joachim ,

Unless you have strong opsition, I am thinking to close this bug with
the recent --list option addition.

(Joachim did not comment on the mail from Marc Dequènes and did not
apply Joachim's patch when Joachim commited other patches to VCS.  So it
looks to me Joachim agrees with Marc's assessment.  Mail to Marc from me
is bounced so Marc may not know my recent postings.)
