Bug#757529: debnap should run dscverify

This wishlist bug is an interesting one since it does not only execute debsnap
but also execute dscverify before executing debdiff.

Maybe we should run dscverify within debsnap.

If no one complains about this, I will close this bug if this is done.  Having
too much narrow scope commands is bad for us.  If debsnap and debdiff are
enough, we should be happy.  Whenever we need local needs, we can always use
a shell script etc., to cope with such situation.
