Hi,

Please note I am neutral on the previous discussion.  I am just updating
severity and tags to match the current situation.

As I read this bug report, most of the issues David raised were accepted
but Christoph did not follow him to lower case OPTION etc since it is
help output too.  So there is no more patch unapplied.

Now it is a question of putting more importance to which format output.

Since the last active coder of this script did not accept FIX proposed
by the bug reporter.
