Bug#839533: debsnap: Sometimes downloads binary packages for other archs than requested

Dear Maintainer,

Downloading binary packages for a given architecture sometimes
packages from other archs, too. In my case I requested powerpc
but also got armhf.

Reproducer:

$ debsnap -v -a powerpc e2fsck-static 1.42-1

the behaviour was as expected.
