Hi,

automatic NMU detection in dch does not work for a subsequent NMU I'm
performing. For the first one by me it works fine, if the previous
upload was either a maintainer or a NMU by someone else.

the sequence

 dch foo
 dch -r foo
 dch bar
 dch -r bar

on gpsshogi (0.7.0-1.1) leads to the following changelog:
