    changelog: signature for upstream tarball
    
    This #727096 bug for uscan has several side discussions but the core is
    storing the upstream signature.
    
    This has been solved indirectly by the recent update of mk-origtargz
    fixing #832267, #870281 matching Policy 10.1
    
    It also take care symlink as needed.
