Bug#851635: Acknowledgement (possible addition, script to find the common ancestor version of two changelogs.)

It was brought to my attention on irc that I screwed up the copyright year and I also realised that I left some crap at the bottom of the file (both of these were the result of using a previous script of mine as a template).

Here is a cleaned up version.
