Bug#852429: devscripts: [uscan] support 7z in uscan repack stuff

I have only one, that I wanted to package:
http://www.dicollecte.org/grammalecte/oxt/Grammalecte-v0.5.14.7z

Maybe someone else will find this bug report and add other upstream archive
sites later...
