Bug#857536: debsign: doesn't sign buildinfo when doing source only uploads

debsign doesn't sign buildinfo when doing source only uploads, whereas
it does it if I were to sign the _amd64.changes.
e.g.

mattia at warren ~/pbuilder/result/sid/amd64 % debsign acme-tiny_20160801-2_source.changes
 signfile dsc acme-tiny_20160801-2.dsc 66AE2B4AFCCF3F52DA184D184B043FCDB9444540

 fixup_changes dsc acme-tiny_20160801-2.dsc acme-tiny_20160801-2_source.changes

Successfully signed dsc, changes files

PS: what's the matter with that fixup_chnages?  (feels like debug
output that shouldn't be there).
