    uscan: use proper file extension for signature
    
    The commit at b2d8a49a ("uscan: proper suffix", 2017-09-02) fixes issues
    reported later as #874569.
    
    This code was originally fixed when I tried to address #833012 while the fix
    for the #833012 bug itself was differed until an actual use case is found.
