[deriv-census] [Debian Derivatives Team] APT Repository Problem

Dear Alex

I'm contacting you on behalf from the Debian Derivatives team.

We noticed that the  Astra Linux APT repository isn't working and
thought we'd give you a heads-up, it seems like the 'dists' directory is
missing on ftp://ftp.astra-linux.com/astra/current/orel/repository
