[Dh-make-php-devel] Upload of xmlstarlet

Well, dpkg was complaining, but I just removed the dependency
temporarily to test things.

The one error I saw when testing on php-cache-lite is that the old
version created the following symlink:

    /usr/share/php/docs/Cache_Lite -> ../../doc/php-cache-lite

But the new version created the incorrect link:

   /usr/share/php/docs/Cache_Lite/php-cache-lite -> ../../doc/php-cache-lite

You recently changed something in pear.mk which must be the culprit, so
I'll let you find the best way to fix this. :-)
