[Dict-common-dev] myspell support

I am just adding mypell support for the br.ispell source package (see
Bug#215522) and here are two remarks:

1) Since the postinst and postrm scripts must call update-openoffice-dicts,
   shouldn't it be specified in the Policy that the myspell-<lang> packages
   must include "Pre-Depends: dictionaries-common (>= 0.10)" in
   debian/control?

2) It would be great to have a debhelper-like script called
   installdeb-myspell that would automatically add the myspell support.
   There would be an info file (say debian/info-myspell) containing lines
   like those found in files installed under /usr/share/myspell/infos/ooo.
   The script would then install all the necessary files and links, as well
   as the maintainer scripts fragments. Do you think it is worth doing?
