All of the packages listed there are affected by the aspell transition
and ideally I'd upload them all at the same time, but that most likely
won't happen.

Also note that of all the packages listed there, ekg and ekg2 are the
only ones that declare a Suggest: relationship and are thus lower
priority than the others.
