Log Message:
Fix up the language a bit.  Remove all references to the term
"primary node" and use "boot server" instead.  Introduce the distinction
between the "master node" and the "worker nodes".  Explain that
package installation is best done from the master, but may be done
from the boot server, with some caveats.
