I've looked into this a little bit and it comes from this line:
debian/golang-doc.links:2:usr/share/doc/golang-doc/godoc /usr/lib/go/lib/godoc

Looking at the package in wheezy, /usr/share/doc/golang-doc/godoc has
a few HTML files in it and /usr/share/doc/golang-doc/html does as
well, but in sid, only /usr/share/doc/golang-doc/html has files in it
(hence the dangling symlink).

Is this symlink still necessary for the proper functioning of "godoc"?
 Perhaps still a layover from the move of "godoc" over to
golang-go.tools?
