Moin fellow DDs,

At https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/issues/unstable/random_build_path_by_golang_compiler_issue.html
are a few packages listed that are effected. However there are more golang packages.

Those few effected packages are either the last or the first packages
which are unreproducible due random build path by golang compiler.

The above URL of https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/issues/ has no bugreport
about identifier random_build_path_by_golang_compiler listed yet.

This BR is for filling that "gap".
