[Docker-maint] Bug#836257: Lintian override files appear unescaped in debian.tar.xz

Source: golang
Severity: minor

I quite like the trick used in the current golang packaging to handle the different
version numbers, but it appears that the unescaped filenames in the debian
directory appear in the debian.tar.xz file without any processing. i.e there
are files named debian/golang-X.Y.lintian-override instead of 1.6 or 1.7.

It appears that dpkg-buildpackage creates the debian.tar.xz file very early on
in the build process before the debian/rules file gets a chance to rename and
replace the version number.

I don't think this has any adverse effects, other than running lintian on the
compiled binaries after the build package is complete will not process the
lintian-overrides.
