[Docker-maint] Getting docker.io back into testing?

Hi! First time debian poster, hope I'm not missing some bit of etiquette
here.  I frequently run builds based on debian testing (buster), and
there doesn't seem to be a docker.io package. It looks like recent
builds of docker-ce done by the Docker corporation have missed buster,
so I was wondering if there was some way I could help to get things back
into the debian testing repos?
