[dpl-helpers] regrets for tomorrow, postpone meeting by 1 week (?)

Heya, we planned the next meeting for tomorrow, at the usual time.

I won't be able to make it, as I won't be anywhere near a computer. I
propose to postpone the meeting by 1 week, to:

  $ LC_TIME=C date -d @$((1360087200 + 7*24*60*60))
  Tue Feb 12 19:00:00 CET 2013

But I'm open to other options (i.e you lot have the meeting anyhow,
postpone by 2 weeks, etc.) Let me know what works for you.
