debian.ch I'd say yes; debian.or.jp I'd say no.

Linux Aktivaattori should definitely be removed from that list. (They
transferred their Debian assets to ffis a few years ago on the request
of the DPL).

Some of the other orgs are affiliated but shouldn't be considered
trusted orgs (e.g. ASL IT, ASL BR).

Debian France is in the process of becoming a trusted org.
