Yeah, it's kinda blurry. Formally, SFLC is SPI's legal advisor and we
benefit from their services as a SPI-affiliated project. But it's pretty
clear to all involved parties that SFLC would be happy to advise Debian
(and Debian would be happy to be advised) even if Debian weren't an
SPI-affiliated project, or if SFLC weren't SPI legal advisor.
