[dput-ng-maint] Bug#735784: dput-ng: should print a useful error message if host does not support delayed uploads

If one currently tries to upload to the deferred queue via
ssh.upload.debian.org, dput fails with

  Could not upload file swfmill_0.3.2-1.1.dsc: [Errno 2] No such file

This message is not very helpful. It would be nice to get a better error
message.

I will work on a patch over the weekend.
