[dput-ng-maint] Bug#757931: dput-ng should not discard sourceful uploads

I struggled with the same problem and updated my
/etc/dput.d/metas/debian.json to say
    "check-debs": {
        "enforce": "source",

instead of
    "check-debs": {
        "enforce": "debs",

I am not 100% sure if this is the appropriate solution, but I believe it
is close. Still it would be nice if the default would be updated.
