Bug description:
Since http://bazaar.launchpad.net/+branch/launchpad/revision/17093,
Launchpad has supported a new form for the PPA upload path,
~<person>/<distro>/<ppa>. This helps with some prior ambiguities and
so works better with non-Ubuntu PPAs, which we're going to need for
the Ubuntu phone RTM project in a month or two. However, it clashes
with the current contents of dput.cf, namely "~%(ppa)s/ubuntu"; if you
try to upload to ppa:~person/ubuntu/ppa-name, then this expands to
~person/ubuntu/ppa-name/ubuntu and goes wrong.
We can reasonably safely drop the trailing "/ubuntu" here. Uploading
to ppa:~person/ppa-name still works fine. The only casualty is that
uploading to ppa:~person will fail rather than expanding to the PPA
named "ppa" for that person; however, multiple PPAs have been a thing
for many years now, so I think most people have got used to specifying
the PPA name. If not, it's an easy adjustment to make.
Similarly, the preferred upload path for the Ubuntu primary
distribution is now "/ubuntu" rather than "/".
As well as fixing this in utopic, I think we should SRU this back to
trusty to support people doing phone development there. Given the
audience it's probably not necessary to update earlier releases.
