I'm not inclined to change that. Doubly so if the above works. If you
change configuration and something breaks, it's not on the manpage to
anticipate all configurations of all things, just the stock setup.

Additional documentation welcome to help make this clear! (such as
something like dcut will upload to your default host if you don't give
it a host, like dput, so if your default host doesn't support dm,
include ftp-master as an arg)

That'd be why. You're trying to upload a dcut to a server that doens't
support it. Again, fixes to the error messages here welcome.
