[dput-ng-maint] Bug#788739: Does not accept uploads to stable/jessie, jessie missing in debian.json

Stable uploads which target "jessie", currently fail:
$ dput gnome-terminal_3.14.1-1+deb8u1_amd64.changes 
Uploading gnome-terminal using ftp to ftp-master (host: ftp.upload.debian.org; directory: /pub/UploadQueue/)
running allowed-distribution: check whether a local profile permits uploads to the target distribution
`jessie' not in the codename group


/usr/share/dput-ng/codenames/debian.json is missing "jessie" under
"rm-managed".
