[dput-ng-maint] Bug#714316: dcut: multiple -f options don't actually work

I've been bitten by this bug just now, so I made some tests: it
appears the manpage is ambiguous and it is not "-f FILENAME" to be
repeated but only FILENAME

so instead of

dcut rm -f PATTERN1 -f PATTERN2

what you want is

dcut rm -f PATTERN1 PATTERN2
