[dput-ng-maint] Bug#819582: dput-ng: dcut manpage incorect, cancel --filename should be cancel --file

The man page for dcut says that the only valid option for the 'cancel' command is:

-f, --filename=FILENAME

this is incorrect the option is actually:

-f, --file=FILENAME
