Almost. The issue here is that dput.cf overrides configuration of dput
once an for all without updating it. Feel free to close this one but
since I'm at least the second person stepping onto this it seems to be a
common error.

I would totally agree if dput.cf only contained users additions or
overrides but it also provides defaults.
