[dput-ng-maint] Git repo moved to salsa

Just a heads-up: I moved the git repository to salsa:
    https://salsa.debian.org/debian/dput-ng

I also asked for a HTTP rewrite from the old location:
    https://salsa.debian.org/salsa/AliothRewriter/merge_requests/176


While on it I also trimmed the branches, removing redundant/merged ones.
I also already moved out the old repository from collab-maint, it's
still in my alioth's ~ if needed.

Just so you are aware, I enabled both email-on-push and tagpending!
