[File-rc-users] Bug#601985: file-rc: Floods debug info on runlevel change

Package: file-rc
Version: 0.8.12
Severity: minor
Tags: patch

On runlevel change file-rc floods the terminal with lines like this:

prev: 3
prev: 3

It'd appear that this is a debug line that doesn't check for the $debug variable.
I've attached a small patch to fix this.
