Hi!

While working on the “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have noticed
that file-rc could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch replaces the `grep`+`mv` by `sed -i` to keep
the file permissions identical even with different umasks.
Once applied, file-rc can be built reproducibly in our current
experimental framework.
