[Foo2zjs-maintainer] Bug#609761: foo2zjs depends on dc to work

I couldn't print in my LJ 1018 because foo2zjs needs dc to work. I was getting
these messages in /var/log/cups/error_log:

D [12/Jan/2011:11:05:06 +0100] [Job 2] /usr/bin/foo2zjs-wrapper: 492: dc: not
found

"apt-get install dc" solved the issue, so I guess dc should be pulled by
foo2zjs if it is not already installed.
