Wrong mode

Hi,

It seems that the file '/git/forensics/grokevt.git/hooks/post-receive'
has wrong permissions on the alioth server.
I thing that's the reason why commit doesn't appear on IRC.
Unfortunately, I cannot change the permissions by myself because the
owner is hanska-guest :

$ ls -lhatr hooks/post-receive
-rw-rw-r--+ 1 hanska-guest forensics 48 2008-02-24 21:01 hooks/post-receive

Can someone with enough privileges fix that ?
