my request

dear friend,
it is not in my person to invade peoples privacy but the situation has brought upon this and i beg you to understand and bear with me. i am mr saleem kabure, the auditing and accounting section manager with african development bank ouagadougou burkina faso.  
i am contacting you based on the fact that you are a foreigner.(a non citizen of burkina faso) and i need to present one to our bank as the benefitiary to an abandoned account with a credit balance of  ($39.5)million.the money will be remmited to your account in about 14 banking days and you will take 30% of the above mentioned sum if you are in position and agree to handle this business with me. you will receive the details upon your willingness.
