python tsk bindings

Hi all,
   Thanks for packaging the sleuthkit as a debian package in
libtsk3-3. I have recently added a python bindings to this library to
the AFF4 project. The binding is autogenerated from the header files
and so its very easy to maintain.

The dpkgs are built from the scons source tree automatically. There
are also some examples distributed which are scripts to emulate the
fls, istat and icat tools.

What would be nice is to have that package sponsored into the debian archives.
