ssdeep upload

Hi all,

I pushed a new upstream version of ssdeep.
It would be great if some of you could test it.

Mika, once you have time, can you upload it ?

I think that there maybe problems with the git tags because we didn't
uploaded the 2.4 version.
As I'm not a 'git' specialist, I'm not sure of what to do and if it's
annoying or not.
