Should tct be removed from the archive?

Hi,
I am working on fixing the RC bug on tct and discover that the upstream
development was stopped. On the homepage [0], it is clearly stated sleuthkit
is an official replacement.
Considering sleuthkit is in the archive, and that the popcon score of tct
[1] is very low, I think tct should be removed from Debian.
As I use neither tct nor sleuthkit, there might be features in the first
package which aren't in the second.
What do you think?
Cheers,
Julien
