Bug#630336: gpart: Homepage in long decription is unreachable

Firstly thank you for a review of my upload. No one had responded for a while.

Yes but the version in debian includes changes done by some third
parties and the watch file in the upload should reflect the
appropriate location. If i remember correctly there were multiple mail
ID's for the upstream author,etc (It was done quiet a while ago so
most of my statements should be AFAIK-ish).
