Bug#721427: libewf-dev misses a "Depends:" on libbfio-dev

Hello Christophe, Pierre and the Debian Forensics team,

in order to use the file libewf.h from libewf-dev, libbfio-dev has to be
installed on the system, but it isn't listed as a dependency:

(sid-amd64)root at incubator:~# gcc test.c
In file included from test.c:1:0:
/usr/include/libewf.h:35:21: fatal error: libbfio.h: No such file or
directory
 #include <libbfio.h>
                     ^
compilation terminated.
(sid-amd64)root at incubator:~# cat test.c
#include <libewf.h>

Please add the package libbfio-dev to the Depends-line for libewf-dev.
